architect? i dont think so!!!!

BRAAM BOTHA IS AN ARCHITECT WORKING OUT OF 180 VONKPROP STR, SAMCOR PARK. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT COMPLETE THE WORK AS PROMISED.
HOW HE PASSED HIS EXAMS I DONT KNOW, BECAUSE THE HOUSE HE TRIED TO BUILD FOR ME HAS SO MANY FAULTS AND UNSAFE ISSUES, IT WILL NEVER PASS INSPECTION FROM ANY BUILDING INSPECTOR. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE ABOVE PIC THE ONLY THING HOLDING THE CENTRE ROOF COLLUMN IS THAT PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A LINTEL, HELD IN [PLACE WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF NAILS. NO WONDER IT IS SAGGING.

ALSO THE HURRICANE CLIPS HAS NO NAILS IN SO IT WILL NOT HIOLD ANYTHING DOWN.

    I wish someone had published something or started a blog or before I did business with "Braam" in 2011. I think the victims should focus on his lawyer and the Architectural and other institutions where he's registered. Don't they haved an obligation to warn consumers?

    Baie dankie JF. Nou weet ek minstens ek is nie alleen in hierdie poging om hom in sy spore te stop nie! Ek wens daar was 'n manier om alle voornemende kliënte te waarsku. Ek stuur vir jou my verhaal (paadjie met Braam!)vroeg in volgende week.

    Ek is Piet van Staden in Gauteng, ons het besigheid met die uwe Braam Botha gedoen en ons het niks behalwe baie skuld uit die projek gekry. Op 28 maart 2006 het ek R95 000.00 in sy rekening betaal vir 'n deposito vir ons see huisie. Daarna het ons gesukkel om hom in die hande te kry, later is 'n datum vasgestel en reis kostes en veiligheid (heining) kostes is aangegaan waar ek ook 'n caravan aangeskaf het om oor die projek uit te sien. Daar het net niks opgelewer nie, die planne was nie goedgekeur soos ooreengekom nie. Ek het meer as R30 000.00 se extra skuld aangegaan om die planne oortelaat doen in Kwa-Zulu Natal. So het ek ook die heining geld van 'n verskaffer verloor (en my bakkie wat aan hom geleen is, is afgeskryf en verkoop)omrede Braam Botha met niks oplewer nie. Met elke oproep is daar net nog meer leuns. Ek is bly om te sien dat sommige darem 'n stukkie hout gekry het uit hul verlies, waar ek niks behalwe 'n hoop skuld het om te wys.     Eks is stomgeslaan! Ons het ons houthuis laat bou deur RJ Timbers Construction. Die eerste ontmoeting was baie belowend en ons kon nie wag om te begin nie. Nadat die kontrak geteken was het die nagmerrie begin. Hulle het gese die planne was goedgekeur - net sodat ons later uitgevind het - DIT WAS NOOIT!. Afsprake was nooit nagekom nie, die bouers moes die heeltyd wag vir materiaal,hulle het die heeltyd verskonings gemaak. Ons was uitgeskel deur Peet Gerber se vrou - Rika Gerber (Sy was vasbeslote dat hulle ons 'n guns doen om die huis vir ons te bou - vergetend dat ons hulle R300 000 betaal het vir dit!)'n projeck wat 2 maande moes gevat het, het opgeiendig om 8 maande te vat.Ons is nogsteeds besig om herstel werk te doen en eks seker ons weet meer van "houthuis bou" as wat hulle ooit sal weet. SO PASOP ASB VIR RJ TIMBER CONSTRUCTION!!
